Patty

Meet the Patty. This cookie is our take on a classic oatmeal raisin cookie. It all starts with a healthy serving of sugar, then we toss in some flour and oats, a dash of cinnamon and just the right amount of raisins to finish it all off. We named this delightfully classic treat after one of my husband’s closest friends, in celebration of April being the month he marries the sweetest of girls and it just so happens that oatmeal raisin cookies are his favorite. Now I should note he doesn’t go by Patty but his name is, in fact, Patrick. But we had to go with Patty simply because this simplified version of the name means noble and, although partial, we do believe this cookie to be of the highest quality, you may notice the strong urge to allow your pinky to slide into the air as the cookie makes its way to your mouth.
